Kainos means "new" just like the blank canvas waiting for the first stroke of the pencil or brush guided by its owner. This is where it all begins.

Although I started in high school, I have learned as I aged that every pencil, pastel, or brush stroke to a new canvas, is in fact a new beginning in how we create art.

I never know how the art piece will finish because throughout the process, I am building upon it over and over to perfect it. Even in the midst of doing so, and even through mistakes, I continue to create.
